The item is in

condition. It was inspected and has scuffs and scratches on the outside of the PC from normal use

). There are noticeable scratches and dents on the rear of the PC (see picture #6). There are noticeable scuffs and scratches on the lower edge of the screen frame. The hinge grinds a little when moving the screen up and down.
All ports and connections are in good cosmetic condition and the screen is in
fair
condition. There are noticeable cracks in the top glass in the upper left corner of the screen (see picture #2). There is noticeable chipping in the upper left corner of the top glass (see picture #2). There are noticeable scratches on the top glass.
I was able to power on the PC. I was able to load the OS and test the software. I was able to surf the Internet using the built-in WiFi and the Ethernet port. The FaceTime Camera, SD Card reader, Speakers, Superdrive, Bluetooth, Headphone jack, Microphone, Mini DisplayPort and USB ports are working.
OS High Sierra is installed on this PC. OS High Sierra is the highest recommended for this particular model. We do NOT recommend attempting to upgrade to Mojave, Catalina or Big Sur.
Comes with a black non-Apple power cord. No keyboard or mouse are included.
