    Description
    First, the product description
    The AD5933 is a high-precision impedance converter system solution with an on-chip integrated frequency generator with a 12-bit, 1 MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC). The external complex impedance is excited by the signal generated by the frequency generator. The response signal of the external impedance is sampled by the on-chip ADC and then subjected to discrete Fourier transform (DFT) processing by on-chip DSP. The DFT algorithm returns a real (R) data word and an imaginary (I) data word at each frequency. And then according to the real data word and the imaginary data word can be calculated by the impedance of the device and the phase value.
