This is a seller refurbished Apple iMac A1419 BTO/CTO 2012. This all-in-one has a fresh install of MacOS Catalina.
Used all-in-ones have minor signs of wear and tear (Scratches, dents, scuffs, etc.)
Units made with glass screens are susceptible to cracks and dents.

Known Issues: There is a crack in the bottom right corner of the screen over the black that surrounds the display, but not over the display itself. There are dust particles in the bottom two corners of the display. The aluminum casing has small knicks on the edges; primarily on the foot at the back.

This unit it comes with an used OEM Apple power cord, used Apple keyboard, and used mouse(Apple or Windows).
There is a bug in Apple’s software in High Sierra that makes the fan run loud.
There is no guarantee that this model will or will not be affected by this!

Shipping:
The item will be packaged carefully and will weigh around 30 pounds with packing material. If we can, we will combine shipping on multiple items to save cost.
We use both UPS and USPS for shipments.
For international shipments: the postage calculator in eBay does not take into account parcel size and may not be accurate so please wait for our invoice which will reflect the actual cost of shipping the item.
All shipments are insured, and the cost is automatically added to the shipping charge. We do not ship damaged boxes. If a box arrives damaged and the item broken, email us immediately and a claim will be filed and you will be refunded. The USPS consistently damages or loses items, regardless of our packaging, so please tell us as soon as possible. We cannot resolve a problem unless it is reported to us in a timely fashion.
Local pickup can be arranged and is highly recommended for heavier items.

Payment:
Payments must be in the form of Paypal. If you have less than 10 feedback, please email us to confirm that you intend to pay. Payment within 48 hours of item ending ensures that your item is shipped within 1-2 business days of payment.
Any items paid for after that may be held over until the next weekly shipping cycle.
Returns:
Damaged or DOA items will be fully or partially refunded in accordance with the buyers wishes.
Undamaged items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, but the buyer is responsible for shipping both ways and the item must be in original condition to be eligible for a refund.
Any issues clearly stated in the description will not be grounds for a full refund so please review the specs carefully before bidding. We do not grade the condition of items due to the subjective nature, and as such, please refer to the pictures for the exterior condition of the item. Used items will almost always show signs of wear like scratches and scuffs and will not be noted unless it affects the normal use of the item.
