Can actually be used or put on the wall as decor. The picture does not clearly show the nice red wooden handle.
Whenever possible I recycle packing materials to keep down shipping costs.
Please note: if your order is damaged in the mail, I will need clear pictures of the damaged item and the packaging in order to file an insurance claim with the post office. Without pictures as proof for the postal service, I will be unable to refund your money.
I can only promise shipping dates, I cannot promise delivery dates. I have no control over a package once it is mailed.
If you have not received your order but the post office marked it as delivered, you must contact your local post office. If it is confirmed that the package was delivered but is missing you will have to file a report with the local police.
I am not responsible if a package is sent to the wrong address if it is
the address given to me by the customer.
Cancellations must be made within 3 hours of ordering as items are often packaged for shipping immediately. Return requests must be made within 2 days of receiving the item, and mailed back within 7 days. The item must be returned in the condition it was sent.
