One of the first publications which has llustrations by Eloise Burns (Wilken) when she was just 24 years old prior to her marriage. It is titled "Exciting Adventures or MR TOM SQUIRREL" by Ben Field. At that point in her life, in 1928, she was not given credit as the illustrator although a couple of illustrations are signed with her maiden name. The book is in good condition, tight binding, no tears, clean bright cover pages, but a child's name in pencil on the inside cover. A rare find for the Eloise Burns Wilken collector.
