    Description

Photo #1 shows the clamp (to table top) at its widest.
The narrowest table top to which this may be clamped is one-half inch and the widest is just shy of 1.25"
.  The number on the digital caliper is just wrong.  Three-quarters to inch would be optimum.
Photo #2 shows the lever that allows one to retract the long screw quickly by disengaging from the threads--that is, having screwed, you don't have to unscrew.  Clear as mud?  If not, trust me, it's a good thing and speeds up your work.  Speaking of which, this is probably best suited to preparation for a large group with lots of apples or taters or pie production if commercial.
Photos 3 and 4 show the adjustable cutting blade opposite the hand crack in 2--the piece with a circular loop at its top.  That is a blade for cutting a core and peeling.  Photo 4 shows a 10-mm socket needed to adjust that main blade.
Photo 5 is my lawnmower beer.  Mmmmmm, beer.
Photos 6 and 7 show the side-mounted adjustable small peeling blade.
Photo 8 is the brand, "Norpro," and 9 is the clamp-mechanism underneath the plywood to which the peeler is mounted.
Dunno if it's kosher or Amish-approved, but it is a useful tool for large-batch peeling.
