The Who : Original Vintage 1979 Autographed MSG Concert Shirt with Original Tix

This is an original Who concert shirt which I purchased at the show on Tuesday , September 18th , 1979 . This was the final night of their 5 night New York City , Madison Square Garden engagement .

Included with the shirt is the original concert ticket stub and an unused, unpeeled commemorative radio station sticker patch .
I was fortunate enough to have met The Who in the lobby of their hotel and managed to get John Entwistle and Roger Daltrey's autographs on the right upper back shoulder on the white sleeve . John's is in blue sharpie . Roger's is in red sharpie . Pete was in no condition to sign anything . Both signatures have faded a bit but are still prominent and clearly legible . The shirt is black with white 3/4 sleeves . The white sleeves have faded somewhat along with the white collar and there is a small amount of dirt on the opposite sleeve from where they placed their non signing hand . The shirt has been in a glass frame for almost 40 years and I don't believe it's ever been washed for fear of losing the autographs . It is a double sided shirt with front and back graphics which are clean , clear , crisp and vibrant . Keith Moon is on the front . Kenny Jones is on the back .

There is NO TAG . I always bought mediums back in the day but PLEASE USE THE PHOTOS WITH THE TAPE MEASURE TO SEE THE DIMENSIONS
There are No rips . No tears . No holes . The collar is tight and intact as is the armpits and bottom hem . The bottom hem has a very small amount of fraying .
Once again , the photos show really white sleeves and collar . They are white but they have faded somewhat .
