    This is vintage KEM 1950s Royal Crown Cola Good Housekeeping Best by Taste Figural Bottle Lighter.  It is metal material.  It does not spark, may just need flint, I do not know.  Being sold "as is" for parts, repair or display. Shows some light wear from age and storage, otherwise it is in very good condition.  See the pictures.
