VINTAGE APPLE PEELER TOOL
Vintage WHITE MOUNTAIN Apple peeler corer kitchen tool measuring about 9-1/4" long by 9-1/2" tall, Featuring the original Christmas green paint with turned red wood handle, it is still complete with the turn pin for mounting to a table top or counter when used. Marked WHITE MOUNTAIN APPLE, MADE BY GOODELL CO., ANTRIM, N.H. U.S.A., I believe it dates to the 1940s. Designed to core, peel and slice, I don't see anything parts missing.
Condition is very nice with typical paint wear and a touch of surface rust to the raised lettering on one spot - does not bite through or detract - I've turned all the parts and they move with ease. Think this is just such a neat vintage Kitchen tool - lethal looking end, but that's by design for holding the apple. Fun addition to any collection or display!
