Pre owned. Bent from storage. No COA for signature, but the original owner and myself are from Long Island, New York. Cool piece for a collector or father's day or something. See pics, ask any questions. I have another hat with a different graphic also being listed. check it out.
I have not cleaned these to try to preserve the signature. Signature has faded over time, again no certificate of authentication.
